Thank you for visiting and shopping at Prithvi Organic (prithviorganic.com). Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within [Insert Timeframe, e.g., 1-3 business days]. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Note for Perishable Items: To ensure the freshness of our organic produce, orders containing highly perishable items may only be shipped on specific days of the week (e.g., Monday through Wednesday) to prevent them from sitting in transit over the weekend.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer several shipping options to meet your needs:

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over ₹999
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, carrier delays, or high-volume peak seasons.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can use this number to track your organic goodies directly on the carrier's website or via the tracking page on prithviorganic.com.
4. Shipping Locations

Domestic Shipping: We currently ship All Over India

International Shipping: We currently do not ship outside India.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (If offering International Shipping)
Prithvi Organic is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.
6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. Prithvi Organic is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the package. If you choose to cancel the order instead, the original shipping fees will not be refunded.
7. Damages and Lost Packages
While we take great care in packaging our organic products, Prithvi Organic is not liable for any products damaged or lost during transit.
If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors or local post office before contacting us.
