Becoming a guardian is simple and meaningful. Your monthly contribution goes entirely toward the care of your chosen animal while allowing your family to stay connected with our farm in Gujarat.

Browse the profiles of our Desi Gir cows and buffaloes, and select the one you'd like to support.

You'll receive:

  • Her name and profile

  • Unique ear-tag registration details

  • A beautiful portrait

You'll know exactly which animal your family is helping.

2. Receive Your Guardianship Certificate

Once your adoption is confirmed, we'll send you a beautifully designed Certificate of Guardianship.

It includes:

  • Your name

  • Your adopted cow's name

  • Her unique hoof-print impression

It's a heartfelt keepsake that celebrates your commitment to compassionate farming.

3. Receive Fresh A2 Bilona Ghee Every Month

As a token of gratitude, you'll receive a fresh jar of our traditionally handcrafted A2 Vedic Bilona Ghee every month.

Can I name my adopted cow?

Yes. If you're adopting a newborn calf or a newly welcomed cow, you'll have the opportunity to participate in her naming ceremony. If you're adopting an existing resident, we'll introduce you to her traditional name and personal profile.

Is my adoption tax-deductible?

Yes. Donations made through our registered partner foundation qualify for tax benefits under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act. Your donation receipt will be issued shortly after your contribution is confirmed.

Can I pause or cancel my guardianship?

Absolutely.

You remain in complete control of your monthly contribution through your guardian dashboard. You can pause, modify, or cancel your support whenever you wish.

That said, we encourage long-term guardianship, as consistent support helps us provide uninterrupted care and security for every animal on our farm.

How much does it cost to adopt a cow?

The annual cost to adopt a cow at Prithvi Organic is ₹51,000 / year (or ~$999 USD for NRIs and international supporters).

Your annual contribution ensures that your adopted cow receives compassionate care throughout the year while helping preserve India's indigenous cattle breeds.

Can I make a smaller contribution instead of adopting a cow?

Yes, absolutely.

If you're not ready to adopt a cow for a full year, you can still support our mission by making a one-time or smaller Gau Seva donation of any amount.
