Thank you for shopping at Prithvi Organic. We take pride in the quality of our organic products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns. The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us at prithviorganic.com.

1. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 14 days.

  • The product is in its original packaging.

  • The product isn't used, opened, or damaged.

  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our business and for hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable Goods: Fresh produce or products with a short shelf life.

  • Opened Consumables: Any food items, supplements, or skincare products that have been opened or unsealed.

  • Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale or clearance items cannot be refunded.

  • Gift Cards: Purchased gift cards are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

We do our best to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) at [Insert Contact Email].

Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will evaluate the issue and make it right by offering a replacement or a full refund.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account (typically 5-10 business days).

  • Customer Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).

  • Non-Refundable Shipping: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for higher-value items. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the standard return process outlined above.
